We were originally brought in to simply create a website to promote the club and make it easier to present safeguarding forms and policies online.

When we spoke to the manager it was clear that something a little bit extra could be very beneficial for them. We suggested the use of a booking system called ‘Kids Club HQ’ I worked with them for a few days to set up a demo and then had a virtual meeting with the client to show it off and see if they agreed it could be useful for their workflow. The client agreed that the Kids Club HQ system was perfect for their needs! We then worked to integrate it with their new website. Finally, we also came onsite to take some headshots of the staff for consistency as the ones currently in use all looked different and some photos of the club in action.
